Why do they call 'em Scotch eggs? don't remember any ingredient being of the whisky variety, but maybe they do add this in Scotland
When I was at school, after the rock cakes, this was the delectable dish we had to produce ... could never get the sausage meat to bind proper .. and finished up all cracked and parting itself from the egg very quickly. Tasted good though, better than in the supermarkets.
