I feel sorry for you, and hope all goes well. There should be something done about solicitors taking stupid claims on when the client is claiming legal aid. It's quite easy to get a solicitor involved when you have nothing to bloody pay, but it's crap when, like yourself you have to pay for the service. I't you thats being penalised. If your ex husband had to pay these fee's I wounder if he would have bothered with the case?? my thoughts are!! hmm probably not. But hey while he is getting a FREE service why not abuse it eh??
