No it's not racist and I wish people would get out of this habit of apologising for using a Pakistani persons ethnicity. If you had said Asian drivers that would include all Asian nationalities and how often do we see Chinese people flying about in supped up cars.
The fact of the matter is there are some Pakistani drivers out there that are probably excellent drivers, but then you get the minority, usually younger Pakistani males, who have little regard for other road users.
