Unless you have proof that any contact rights given to your ex would be detrimental to your youngest lad the court are obliged to give rights of contact to the father.. solicitor or not..I'm not in the legal business myself but have gone through the mill with CSA and the family rights routine in the past, honestly if the kids don't want to see your ex then thats the end of it.. save your money!
