Angel,

Am I right in saying that you have chain gangs in Georgia? About 10 a time, wearing bright orange outfits, going along the road breaking rocks and sweeping up while the Sheriff, who's called LeRoy, stands over them dressed in his best Ray-Bans and carrying a Remmington repeater shotgun? Does the system work?

It's just that Hyndburn Council are about to introduce a similar system here for those people who leave their Wheelie Bins out at the wrong time, or even worse, use black bin liners.

When the job is adverised for "LeRoy", I want that job. But I need a good ammunition allowance, mind.
