Local Elections
I have an interest in local politics, and was doing a bit of browsing on the Hyndburn Council website. Looking at the list of Councillors and their terms of office I noticed an anomaly, and I was wondering if anyone can explain it.
Cllr Mohamed Rahman of Netherton Ward is listed as serving a term of office which ends on 4 May 2006 (ie, LAST May). Is this a mistake, or is there some obscure reason behind it? (Sensible answers would be appreciated).
