I know this isn't photographic so may have nothing at all to do with what you want but have you thought of Stanley versions of the AccyWeb T-shirts and sweatshirts that Mick organised?

On the subject of calendars, we were given a freebie by Kwong Ming Chinese chippie. Granted it's A3 but instead of a comb binder type method of fixing together it is bound by a strip of metal with a little fold up ring in the middle. Would it be worth checking where they were produced to see if they can do A4?
