Probably not.
Constituencies would be too large - at the minute we have over 600 MP's covering all of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland. That would mean at the least doubling the size of the constituencies. That would mean Rossendale & Darwen Constituency joining with Hyndburn. Some of the items Jambutty mentioned are already in practice -
