I think it depends how drunk she is!!
if shes totally legless then the man should lay off because shes too 'out of it' if shes not that drunk and she says yes it means yes and if she says NO it means No!!
but there are some women out there who get ****ed and 'regret it' after and then cry rape...god knows why??
