There are a few private rented houses going if they like being ripped off. Avoid a company called Hometrader. Desparate shortage of social housing and of course if they don't live in Accrington you won't get very far on the list. Oh hang on even if you live here and pay council tax here you still don't get very far.
I would have thought it wouldn't be too difficult for them to get hold of the Observer, several companies in there and private ads near the back of the paper.
