Also there wasn't as many of us as there perhaps should have been for an early doors local game so it was a real struggle making anything at all.
I also reckoned Exeter was hard work due to the small terrace and the fact that you are dwarfed all around by large stands reasonably full of locals. Even though Exeter are notoriously quiet for most of the game, it was demoralising to an extent when the 'big bank' did get behind them (corners usually)
