They are full of Sh*te, I phoned them to cancel and after being kept on for 22 mins at national rates got through to someone who would give me the mac code allowing me to change ISP. Simple give me the code and off I go, oh no its not, more crap about new deals and they would send me this and that, not interested just give me the code. Would you like it by e-mail or post, after laughing I told them I was quitting because I couldn't sign on to collect e-mails I said send it by post and e-mail, right Sir it will be upto 5 days by e-mail and upto 10 by post ????
By this time I was totally peed off and when they started asking more questions about who I was moving to I swore.
3 days now no code, I get ten minutes online then it cuts out and lets me have bursts of 15 seconds if I'm lucky. I'm typing this offline in the hope the page will load and this message will be posted.
