Well, it was not evident to my sister in law.......she could see no way out other than a bottle of vodka and a full pack of distalgesics....it was on the eve of Valentine's Day too.
She didn't seem depressed....Ok she talked about her deep sadness at not being able to have a baby.....but no-one had a clue that she was so close to the edge.
