I will keep an eye on progress of the complaint but if you have any further complaints, or feel that your complaint has not been dealt with, please contact me. Although Mr Duckworth will be investigating complaints of this nature in Springhill, I still have overall responsibility for Environmental Enforcement in this part of the Borough, which includes; fly tipping, refuse bags out early, dirty back yards, and abandoned vehicles.
