The irony is the gov wants kids to get excercise yet the police at the behest of neiboughs stop it. Is it right to have a child of 5 that fearful that the police will come for him that he dosnt go out to play.

Besides FC you might be right but considering the house prices I think its money motivated. Would you buy a house in an area that has kids playing ball?
