Council employees who are refilling the spray tanks are not likely to know what chemicals are in the liquid.
Before the local enviro health are asked I though it may be wise to know what chemicals are ALLOWED by law. Council may be cost cutting and using alternatives. (Its just my suspicous lack of trust showing
