My poor hovel of a house, with three bedrooms, a finished basement, large yard with three beautiful maple trees, in a quiet area close to the lake and the shops (and the pubs) cost me an exhorbitant $150,000. I do get the feeling that those puddlefront apartments are more than a little overpriced.
