Another point to remember is be careful where you point it, its Ok on your property but if it goes as far as the pavement, road or neighbours garden you can be asked to remove it, anyone is also able to request a copy of the tape if you are recording.
I've only been asked once for the tape, that was a policewoman when a neighbours car got damaged by another car and the driver didn't stop, guess what, I wasn't recording
