i often pass through spring hill and i have to say I have never seen one...thank god!!, rats come where people leave food for them, cleaner back yards would be better...the amount of **** iv seen in peoples back yards, its disgusting, i would hate to think what their house looks like
, and as for fortnightly bins, i have no problem with that
