But isn't there a Sunday market? I don't know because I'm in Blackburn on Sundays but last time I was in Accrington centre on a Sunday I remember seeing a Sunday flea market. Maybe the parking restriction on Sunday is to allow them to park there. Is the Arndale car park open on a Sunday? Surely nowhere in Accy is too far to walk to unless a person is disabled and in that case they would have a badge and wouldn't have a problem.

I'm just trying to see it from the other angle.
