just been on the official F.A. website to get more info on this and its not up to the club who the culprit supports (but the club can still put a banning order in place at their own ground)) the F.A decide the punishment and according to their guidelines its a lifetime ban. There is no right of appeal on any ban they give and the club has to go with their decision.
