When I get cheese from Asda I usually get Mild Cheddar cheese. Mature cheddar is awful, and it burns my mouth when I eat it.
3 times in a row I opened my MILD cheddar cheese, only to find out it was MATURE cheddar in the wrong package.


My gripe this week is, opened a tins of processed peas. They were Yellow and like bullets!! If I had cooked them for a week they would have still been rock hard!!

Bloody sick of that store now.

This is Mature Cheddar, obviuosly more mature than Asda care to let on . Perhaps your peas weren't processed but surprise peas
