I worked in the Staff kitchen from 1959-1960 under the notorious Mr. Jungbluth, Paddy Doyle, Davy jones and Harry Buckley(the nicest guy I ever worked with, so helpful) I was 16 and worked an 11hr day from 6am-5pm, Mon-Friday, and Sat. am, 6am?-12 noon. I transferred to the Nursing side as a Cadet Nurse(mr Jungbluth probs.) and when Iwas 17 went on Ivywood where I really enjoyed myself.
