Yeah but the point is a lot of shops these days are just too small to be able to fit a wheel chair in(not the shopkeepers fault). As a couple of examples the 3 mobile phone shop, and arndale news are both tiny and would struggle to accomodate a wheelchair. But i agree where possible shopkeepers should make an effort to make there stores accessible to everyone.
