Probably the latter
We had lots of snow over the weekend; yesterday the 401, the major freeway in this country was shut down, the OPP would not allow anyone on it until the snow had stopped and the highway plows had been through. These plows are as big as a house and travel down the highway at 100 kph. I am just about to shovel out my driveway for the third time in two days ... keeping ahead of the snow is the only way to do it. It's nice and still today, and sunny but cool (about -10), and you can hear the snowplows all over the city, getting things back to normal.
