I had to stop and think what you were talking about then - we'd strayed from the point again!

On the subject of this idea of NHS funding treatment abroad, as I heard it on the radio you will have to pay up front and then try to claim it back. It was reported that would limit the number of people who would be able to take advantage of it before you even take into account the cost of transport and accommodation.
