Re: my eyes have gone weird!!
It is a three dimensional optical illusion which only works if viewed from a specific angle.
I've coloured in two parts to try to illustrate my explanation.
What you see as one continuous bar going through from top left to bottom right is not one piece. The part which I have blocked out in blue is attached to the right hand upright near the bottom. The other part which I have blocked out in brown is attached to the left hand upright near the top.
The whole model is then viewed from different angles and photographed when the brown piece looks to be in alignement with the blue piece.
