I saw one of these ridiculous contraptions in Pets at Home in Blackburn thid afternoon. They also had dresses, tutus and shoes for dogs.
Coats are one thing but pink shoes and tutus??? Who the hell buys these things? A border collie in a tutu? What's all that about?
