Minors have always had their names withheld from publication when they attend Juvenile Courts for at least the last 60 years that I know of.

In this country the accused is innocent until proven guilty and as such his/her name should not be published until after guilt is proven in a lawful court of law.

disagree completely,the fact that she filmed the act negates that to me n all the court has to do is sentence wether that be prison or the rock house they will decide.
