Last month my navman f20 lost its voice well you can only just hear him, i decided to send an email to navman to find out what could be wrong as its only 8 months old, well i have just recieved an email from them telling me they are sending out a pre-paid padded envolope to return just the device and nothing else and they will return it to me, what my question is.... am i going to get a reconditioned one back or are they going to fix my satnav and return it, whats the chances that im going to get mine back as i dont want a secondhand recon satnav i want mine fixed as ive only used it twice and it still has the screen film on it

, has anyone else had to return anything and got the same one back or a recon instead ?
