Hi all just thought I had ton let you peeps know I had Hilarys round today for a valuation
Not very happy at all, as I could tell she wasnt interested in marketing our house, as she was kept picking up the fact that it was an x council house, and that cuz of that it will reflect in the valuation price, and also the fact that she said it needed titivatingv!! cheek of her ! and that as its been extended to a 4/5 bedroom from a 2 bed she said it that peeps dnt tend to go for 5 beds ?? ans she was only in the house 10 mins !! a realy snotty woman all in all
out of the 4 valuations 3 of them were the same apart from Hilarys she was under by £15,000 ???
