Course there is still that piece of metal in the corner of the Fort's Arms Beechy .. fits into the corner coming outwards and rounded at the bottom .. was to stop the drinkers relieving themselves in there after they had come out of the pub. It would just dribble onto their shoes ...


Suppose they just went up the back street anyway.
Think they were quite common but this is the only one left now in Hyndburn.
