This of course is an old Accrington connected name (we had Kenyon Street, remember?)
There used to be an old Toll House in Accrington, a round shaped building, top of Grange Lane and Manchester Road. This old building, built 1792, after being abandoned was used as a grocery business by the KENYON family. Maybe rellies of yours?
