When i worked as a support worker (similar to caring) we paid for our own but it wasn't compulsary to wear it,was wondering if this applied to everywhere or just that company.
My Partner works for quite a big company that is saying they are bringing in uniforms and they are going to cost quite a bit.
Was hoping he could turn round and throw some legal thing in their face saying he didn't have to wear it....its not to bad atm because he wears very smart shirts and ties that he buys himself which means he has lots of them.....hence i can be lazy with the washing if im ever ill or too tired because he always has loads of spare clean ones.
Suppose with the good weather here it wont be too bad washing a uniform.
