sorry flashy, I actually mis read your post. Yes, all gas converted cars keep a petrol tank, some choose to remove the original one and fit a small one so they can use the space for the gas tank(Mainly 4x4's). My Volvo holds 15 gallons of LPG and 15 gallons of Petrol. If I was to fill both I could drive for > 800 miles without stopping(wee permitting!
