I was just going to say that, Margaret.
I have claimed on my home insurance for a laptop in the past.
Hubby was taking it upstairs when he dropped it and it fell all the way to the bottom of the stairs.
They sent someone to collect it, had a look at it, decided it could not be repaired and issued a replacement quickly and without fuss.
