As long as we take those different characteristics as not only those which are hard wired in the brain but also those which result from socialization and socio-economic status I would have to agree. For example, it is not surprizing to anyone who gives it some thought that the highest incidence of "unwanted" or "unplanned" pregnancy in Canada is among First Nations people, particularly those on reserves. Whatever, you make a lot of sense; even tho I don't agree completely; however, 100% agreement is so very rare
