If it's not too bad try washing up liquid. Don't use bleach! It will remove the shine and they'll end up even worse. I've got some stuff called "tough and tender" if you'd like to give it a try. You can't buy it in the shops but I'm sort of an agent for the company Melaleuca. I use a lot of their stuff as I like it but I'm not into aggressively selling it but will order stuff for other people at cost price if they want.
