At the expense of being ridiculed by the skeleton and the dwarf in the cape...here goes.
Vines can be made to grow up or grow down, pear trees are nurtured in exacly the same way. A branch or umbelical cord is fed into a bottle when the blossom has dropped off and the fruit is allowed to grow within the bottle.............Actually seen the process in Spain....Liquid is fed in when the fruit is mature......the stalk is snapped off and there you have it......Pear brandy.
Ripe pears are formented into spirit to use as filling..........Dont drink too much............very potent...I speak from experience..I can taste it now.
