Took up Virgin Medias offer of broadband @ £4.50 a month a few months ago.Since i did i've been bamboozled by the wording on their bills,can't for the life of me work it out to the figure they arrive at & needless to say their figure is way over my estimation

Have rang up several times,only to be fed figures in some foriegn accent which makes the task of understanding the sums even more difficult.Now they've started putting broadband & phone on one bill to make things easier(or so i thought..........phone bill + £4.50 = ),but no,savings for this ,2 for £15 that,- daytime/nighttime,+VAT @,partial months rebate,etc,etc,etc.Anyone else been flumoxed since Branson took over NTL? Corporate billing gone mad.
