As I understand it, drug screening is becoming more prevalent by employers.

I also understand that most illegal drugs are purged from the system within about 24 hours, I may be wrong. If however I’m right, then the testing is a poor vetting procedure.

What happens when they have asked you to provide a sample and some idiot Lab technician makes a hash of your sample ? It might be a small error to them but have massive consequence for the prospective employee ( especially if these details are to be kept and shared by other employers )

Drug tests, alcohol tests, smoking tests…next thing you will have to take the last 3 months grocery till receipts to an interview to prove you eat healthily.

I see it as an invasion of my privacy.
