Re: Ice-cream...whats Your Favourite?
Donkey's years ago my aunt in Monkseaton used to make her own ice cream. This was long before the days of Ice Cream Maker machines. She made it with beaten eggs and jersey milk and it went in the ice cube tray in her fridge. It always had slivers of ice in it and I absolutely loved it.
