The problem arises that if it is given away they will be treated as still having it
that was the rule the SS applied - probably applied by council too
Best spend it on a world cruise, first class mode, where excellent medical facilities are provided.
At least that way you will have some nice memories as you sit amongst the demented geriatrics for the rest of your life
