The Black Bull Inn dates from the early 1600, it was the first coaching inn at the north end of Old Accrington, on the old road from Whalley, it was rebuilt in the mid 1700's, and was razed in the late 1980's, to make way for an extension to Nori Brick Works tip. Some joker then called it a multi storey car park.
