I get about 1,000 emails a day, about 75% of which are spam. I use K9 to filter them, and (in the last 44 days) have had 2 good emails from over 44,000 mistakenly identified as spam (false positives) and 183 spam emails mistakenly identified as "good" (false negatives).
The routine I have for scanning through emails to identify badly assessed emails takes about 30min per week (30 min per 7000 emails).
