We could say money would be better spent on the Fire Service, Bland concrete buildings for cheap accommodation for us all, more refuge collections, paving over the parks with no play areas, but have to have some aesthetic contribution to our town or you would be grouching again. Think the floral contributions are lovely and much appreciated.
