Not a bad idea .... but I want to get down and dirty, and make something English ethnic .... sort of a "roots" thing
I remember that my gran used to make them and they were great, as were her steak and kidney puddings (my next project) ... but if I fail, I will visit the store of my buddy, Mario Gencarelli, and try the gnocchi mix.
