Hi everyone, my name is Sue and I live in West Sussex. I have joined the web site to see if anyone can help with some family tree research. My ancestors come from Church and Oswaldtwistle, my great-great grandfather was Henry Bentley landlord of the Warners Arms in 1901. I am struggling with his son Robert who I believe ran the Balcarres Arms in Wigan. My great-great grandfather on the other side was Grimshaw Duckworth who was living in Church at the same time. If anyone has any info that may help it would be great to hear from you, even old pics of the Warners Arms.
