It's the smoking West Ender ... am going that way myself unfortunately,and comment regularly that I sound more like Dierdre everyday. She is a heavy smoker, (as I am), also she has had a form of lympho cancer ... not sure whether this has affected it or not.
Used to be a high soprano, but can't sing a note a above a G now.
