I did wonder if it would be Harvey Street. There has been talk of LCC doing speed checks on there because of several complaints about speeding. It is a big wide road at one end and cars do drive too fast. It is the sort of wide empty road that driving at 30mph feels slow. All of a sudden you reach the Community Centres and its built up with parked cars. Lots of kids around as well.
A fixed camera would be a good idea facing towards union road just before the houses.
